Tools:

- `list_event_types`: list the meeting types, with duration, locations, and questions.
- `find_slots`: find free start times for one meeting type in one month, in the IANA time zone of the user. Data only.
- `get_booking`: show a booking by the manage link from the confirmation email.
- `open_booking_calendar`: show a calendar card when the user wants to choose a time. It books nothing.
- `propose_booking`: propose one time; the user confirms it on a proposal card.
- `propose_reschedule`: propose a new time for a booking, with the manage link.
- `propose_cancel`: propose to cancel a booking, with the manage link.
- `confirm_booking`: confirm a proposal, only after the user said yes.

The user confirms each change on a proposal card. Hosts without MCP Apps show the proposal as text, and the agent calls `confirm_booking` after the user says yes.

## Rate limits for agents

- The limits apply to the propose tools and `confirm_booking`.
- 3 bookings per hour per network (IP hash).
- 1 booking per day per email address.
- The daily cap of the calendar also applies.
- A rate-limit error names the fix. Tell the user the fix.
